What began with an initial focus on Financial Services and Technology expanded to encompass a broad cross section of critical industries including Consumer Goods and Services, Engineering and Construction, and Healthcare.

Prior to co-founding Impact Executive Partners, Sarah was part of the core founding Los Angeles team for Russell S. Reynolds II’s RSR Partners. Prior to RSR Partners, she was with Egon Zehnder International. Her executive search experience has focused on Board and C-Suite recruiting. Previously, Sarah was a talent Manager with Teitelbaum Artists Group, an entertainment management company. Before joining Teitelbaum Artists Group, she was a Finance Associate in the Production / Production Finance division of ABC / Touchstone Television and an Analyst with Lehman Brothers. Sarah earned an AB in Economics from Harvard University. While there, she spent time studying at the University of Sydney. Prior to attending Harvard, she was a LEAD scholar at Columbia University.

Ben is an avid reader of news periodicals and a former junior chess champion. Prior to co-founding Impact Executive Partners, Ben joined Russell S. Reynolds II’s RSR Partners in 2014 as a principal to further expand RSR’s technology and alternative investment capabilities by leveraging his experiences and relationships cultivated over 20+ years. Prior to RSR Partners, Ben was general manager of New Ventures with an U.S. Venture Partners Series C-funded venture that was successfully sold. Before that, he was vice president of western U.S. for an Union Square Ventures Series C-funded FinTech SaaS startup. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ben was co-director of strategic growth and development for Parsons, a global engineering firm. He was also a limited partner in ING Barings’ Merchant Banking Group, an associate with Merrill Lynch’s High Yield Finance Group, and an investment analyst with The Prudential. Ben started his career as a supervisor with Pacific Bell (AT&T). Ben earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, and a diploma from Deerfield Academy.

We welcome Pooja Hollenberg to our team. She brings a strong research background and a firm grasp of the diversity and inclusion space to Impact Executive Partners. Pooja lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. She is passionate about cooking and has taken cooking classes in 16 countries. Pooja loves all kinds of dance, is a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher and a fitness enthusiast. Before joining Impact Executive Partners, Pooja spent 12 years in sales and trading roles in the Fixed Income divisions of Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse in London. Her background also includes work in the nonprofit sector, where she recently served on the board of PILAglobal, a non-profit that provides education for children and families in need. Pooja’s commitment to hard work began at an early age. Growing up in a heavily male dominated community in India, she was the first female in her extended family to leave the country to study and subsequently work abroad. Pooja’s upbringing and experience have embedded in her a deep focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She holds Indian, British and US citizenship. Pooja holds a BSc. (1st class) in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham, and earned a postgraduate diploma in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School in London.
